2 slices

Steps

Heat the skillet on a medium fire
Skin and slice sweet potates into 1/4 inch or less slices
Arrange potato slices around the skillet
Add slices of butter and sugar on top of the first layer of potatoes
Continue to layer skillet with potatoes, butter, and sugar until there are no more potatoes left

Notes

This is definitely a staple in my family and is at every get together we have like Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Try it out and lmk what you think!
